Twelve years ago, Deborah and her husband Dino were seduced by the unspoiled beauty of Tuscany. 

The former Sydneysiders were captured by the passionate Italian way of life and the ancient culture which today still lives on. They found themselves purchasing an old crumbling stone olive mill in the Tuscan Maremma, and over several years, restoring it to its original quaint beauty set amongst pine, olive and cypress trees.

 

 

 

Some satisfied clients After great positive response from family and friends who have shared holidays with them, they decided to consolidate their knowledge and experience of Italy into specialized and educational holidays in Tuscany and Umbria. "Dino, being a language and history buff, offers tuition in the district", explains Deborah; "While I occupy myself with the planning and organizing of itineraries for our guests. We want to offer others the chance to experience Italy as we do."
