Casa Rosa is a restored 18th century watch tower situated on a panoramic property in the hills of the Maremma close to the Etruscan and medieval towns of Pitigliano, Saturnia, Sovana and Sorano. It consists of two apartments equipped with independent hallways, terra-cotta and parquet floors, traditional wooden beams, vaulted ceilings and sought after furnishings. The surrounding grounds include 7 hectares part of which is vineyard (biological). The immediate garden includes a swimming pool (6mx14m) and a hard tennis court, sometimes shared by guests staying in the neighbouring house on the property and which is harmoniously inserted in the natural environment of cypresses, olive and fruit trees. The large terrace allows for unforgettable evening meals while capturing the tranquil atmosphere of this ancient area. An excellent Italian cook can be hired to provide meals at the house or do the shopping to order.
